First Christian Church Pasadena is very pleased to announce that they will be celebrating 73 years of service to worshiping in the city of Pasadena.  We will be honoring our church and our congregation with a birthday celebration during and after the 10:30 am worship service on Sunday, September 29, 2019.  There will be guest speakers talking about the history and growth of our Church. We started on the corner of Harris and Wafer on September 29, 1946 and after 56 years in that location we built another house of worship at 4848 Preston near the Beltway,  where we continue to worship God and do outreach to our community and  those in need within our coastal area.  Along with guest speakers, we will be serving a lunch after church which will replicate the very first meal served at our original location.   Everyone will also have a little birthday treat to take home with them.  If you are looking for a place to worship, please join us on this special day, September 29, where we will worship and sing together as a community of faith in celebration of the blessings that our eternal Father, Jesus Christ, has given to the congregation of First Christian Church Pasadena.   We will keep our doors open to welcome anyone who wishes to join us on this special day or any Sunday they feel they need a place of worship.
